If you want a re-prompt for a new input address, select Input from the list. On the line where you want AutoCAD Electrical to re-prompt for a new output address, select Output. You can trigger AutoCAD Electrical to prompt for a new beginning address number when the parametric build flips from inputs to outputs or vice versa.
In the PLC Database File Editor dialog box, make sure all of the terminals are set to Show: Always.This gives flexibility to how a module is represented. When this toggle is selected, all entries marked with 'Show: When Excluding Unused' are skipped. When this toggle is not selected, all terminal entries marked as 'Show: When Including Unused' in the PLC Database File Editor are skipped. When you build your PLC module on an AutoCAD Electrical drawing there is a choice inside the Module Layout dialog box to include unused/extra connections. Some modules may have terminals that are not used.
